What does Leggeri mean?

There is also an unprecedented abundance of information on how to improve yourself, your relationships and finances.

Despite this, many of us fail to enjoy life to the fullest and achieve our goals. Indeed, it can be said that genuinely happy people are a minority most of the time.

Worry, dissatisfaction, nervousness - an almost constant sense of dissatisfaction - reign supreme in the minds and hearts of most of us.

The way out, of course, is not to be found out there, but in the way we have been taught to perceive the world.

Overthinking creates dissatisfaction, confusion, insecurities, blockages, lack of energy, nervousness and worry.

They damage our emotional and working relationships, our ability to make dreams and plans come true and, perhaps even worse, our ability to be happy.

You see we were the first ones to live every aspect of life with great heaviness and seriousness.

Despite favorable circumstances, we were deeply dissatisfied and unhappy.

Until we came across something that paid off in full for our decades-long research in personal and spiritual growth.

We have been sharing this discovery with our customers ever since.

It is from them that "Leggeri" is born, the most common term used to describe the beautiful daily feeling of clarity and peace that they feel thanks to what we teach.

Once or twice a year LeggeriLife organizes this intensive workshop, where you can transform yourself, recharge and share with others a direct experience of clarity and lightness.

It is also an excellent opportunity for those who do not know our work and want to start trying what it is, without perhaps investing in advanced programs.

Each edition is a different experience, because the workshop evolves to help you live the Leggeri Life more fully:

What's in Leggeri Experience

The intensive workshop live online

A powerful journey made of training, metaphors, stories, examples of everyday life - but not only.

Group experiences built specifically to make you have profound realizations, change your way of seeing reality and the life around you and transform the areas of life in which you perceive limits or problems, be they internal or external.

Event recording in audio and video

LeggeriExperience is designed to be followed by everyone, live or recorded. Our advice is to do everything possible to be there, because participating and interacting is of great value.

But if you can't be there, in part or in full, that's not bad. It happens to us too with the many courses we follow. Shortly after the event you will receive the complete recording, to be listened to or replayed as many times as you want.

App to consult the recording

You will also have access to the recording through the app of our platform, to consult the training contents comfortably on smartphones and tablets.

This allows you to access videos, audio recordings and texts wherever you are, with ease and simplicity - no matter if you are on the beach, in the car or on the road ... all you need is a connection!
